Its composition will be announced publicly to ensure maximum transparency in the process.
The panel members, selected by AmCham Panamá, may not have direct or indirect employment ties to any of the applicant companies. In addition, they must sign a participation agreement in which they commit to maintaining the confidentiality of the process and to declaring that they have no conflicts of interest, as a requirement for serving in the role.
