As part of its agenda of exclusive gatherings for senior executives, AmCham Panamá held a new CEO Meeting today, reaffirming its commitment to creating spaces for strategic dialogue and updates for the leaders of its member companies.
The presentation was given by Margaret Rose Grigsby, a highly regarded professor at INCAE Business Schoo, under the title “Human Leadership + AI”. The session put forward a deep reflection on which decisions, judgments and responsibilities remain fully human in an environment where technology accelerates processes and expands capabilities. The gathering invited participants to examine how leadership is exercised when technology supports, but does not replace, human judgment, prompting conversations about the executive role, responsibility and decision-making.
The event, held on April 29, took place at the AES Innovation Lab in Costa del Este and drew the participation of 50 representatives of member companies, who had the opportunity to interact directly with the speaker and share experiences from their various sectors.
AmCham Panamá will continue to develop this type of exclusive gathering and will share the dates and topics of upcoming sessions in due course, with the aim of continuing to strengthen business leadership and provide high-value content to the country’s business community.
