As part of its commitment to strengthening the leadership and school management skills of school principals, the Liderazgo de Directivos de Escuelas de San Miguelito 2026 (School Leadership Program), driven by AmCham Panamá with the support of Glasswing International, continued its mentoring component with the third session of the program.

On September 23, a total of nine sessions were held as part of this third round of mentoring, while the remaining sessions were scheduled to be completed between September 24 and October 8.

Mentoring is one of the program’s core pillars, giving participating principals the opportunity to receive personalized guidance from executives and business leaders at AmCham member companies.

These sessions help consolidate a learning and collaboration network between the education and business sectors, encouraging the exchange of knowledge, good practices and leadership tools that contribute to strengthening the quality of education in the district of San Miguelito.
