{"id":5143,"date":"2026-08-04T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-08-04T14:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/panamcham.rewind10.com\/san-miguelito-school-leadership-program-2026-holds-its-second-mentoring-session\/"},"modified":"2026-08-04T09:00:00","modified_gmt":"2026-08-04T14:00:00","slug":"san-miguelito-school-leadership-program-2026-holds-its-second-mentoring-session","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/panamcham.rewind10.com\/en\/san-miguelito-school-leadership-program-2026-holds-its-second-mentoring-session\/","title":{"rendered":"San Miguelito School Leadership Program 2026 Holds Its Second Mentoring Session"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On August 4, AmCham Panam\u00e1 held the second mentoring session of the <strong>San Miguelito School Leadership Program \u2013 2026 Edition<\/strong>, an in-person gathering attended by 28 participants, which made it possible to strengthen the support and collaboration between volunteer mentors from the Chamber\u2019s member companies and the participating school administrators, with the support of Glasswing Panam\u00e1, the strategic partner responsible for supporting the coordination, monitoring, and documentation of the program\u2019s results, contributing to the achievement of the objectives set for this edition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the session, principals and assistant principals of schools in San Miguelito continued to advance in their mentoring work toward carrying out the educational projects they are implementing in their schools, receiving guidance, feedback, and strategic support from the mentors. This session was a valuable opportunity to deepen the work begun during the first virtual meeting and to follow up on the objectives set for each project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through this process, the mentors share their professional experience, knowledge, and leadership tools, giving participants practical perspectives that allow them to strengthen their management and educational leadership capabilities.
